How to make a mini spa pedicure
To go to a salon pedicure is wonderful and should be tried, but when it is not possible, try this version of the mini spa pedicure. It will take about 25 minutes or less and your legs will look great and feel even better.
You will need:
nail file with high quality
foot file,
plastic or glass bowl with enough warm water,
cotton,
2 tablespoons sugar
5 tablespoons butter, optional 3 drops of essential oil or lemon juice;
Orange Stick;
nail polish remover,
towels ;
Optional: nail polish of your favorite color,
hand lotion or body butter and (may be body oil or light vegetable oil such as olive oil),
nail clippers.
Steps:
1 - Identify a good place for pedicure, you need a comfortable chair. Place all the ingredients and tools to it. One of the towels on the floor,
2 - Mix 5 tablespoons butter, essential oil or lemon juice and sugar;
3 - Preparation of the bath with warm water 4 tablespoons oil
4 - polish other members if you have one,
5 - Cut nails and file off them in the desired shape,
6 - Put your feet in the water and leave them there for 10 minutes,
7 - Now with a clear cuticle stick,
8 - Apply the scrub on your feet. Make sure each area is treated.
9 - Wash your feet and smell them;
10 - Carefully apply some oil on your nails and massage cuticles,
11 - Apply bazaov layer (clear nail polish) wait for a minute or 2 and apply one layer of your chosen color polish, wait 3 minutes and apply a second coat.
